1. Information We Collect
When you use Cloud5, we collect:
- Google Account Info — Name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth
- Application Data — GitHub repository URLs, build configurations, environment variables, and deployment logs
- Usage Data — Login timestamps, deployment history, and service usage metrics
2. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Deploy and manage your applications
- Monitor service health and send status alerts
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Improve the service
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on AWS EC2 infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) region. Application data including environment variables is stored in an encrypted SQLite database. We do not store your GitHub credentials — we access repositories via SSH deploy keys that you control.

- Google — For OAuth authentication
- Toss Payments — For payment processing (paid plans only)
- Legal Requirements — When required by law
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deployment logs are retained for 30 days. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and JWT-based authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your account data through the dashboard
- Delete your account and data
- Export your deployment configurations
- Opt out of non-essential communications
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
