1. Service Overview
Cloud5 is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) operated by Social Brain that enables developers to deploy applications from GitHub repositories. By using Cloud5, you agree to these terms.
2. Account
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or use the service for unauthorized purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Deploy applications that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining, spam, or malicious activities
- Attempt to access other users' applications or data
- Exceed fair usage limits or abuse server resources
4. Service Plans & Billing
Cloud5 offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Plan features and pricing may change with prior notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. Your application source code is fetched from GitHub and built on our infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability & Liability
Cloud5 is provided "as-is" during public beta. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the dashboard settings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
